You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. EU consumers additionally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal.

Condition

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Grip socks, mouthguards, and other hygiene items cannot be returned once opened.

How to return

Email contact@builtforeurope.org with your order number. We send a prepaid label; you drop it off.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged or wrong items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we replace or refund at our cost.
